It can used for drawing electrical copper rod from 8.00mm to 1.20-4.00mm,which wound by the auto dual bobbin take-up device or coiler.

1) Ironed cast and horizontal structure,dual driving motors,owning rapidly mould-change system;
2) High precision helical gears transmission,with high efficiency and low noise;
3) The capstan is coated with tungsten carbide power,which is strong in;
4) Guide wheel is made of sprayed ceramic type aluminium alloy;
5) Fully immersed way to lubricate and cool,which can guarantee the quality of the drawing wire;
6) Annealing device is inclined,which can reduce machine height and convenient for workers to cross wire;
7) Special designed air pipe to send air to the axis of annealing wheel;
8) Wound by the auto double-spooler take-up device or coiler(according to needs);
9) Driven by DC motor,the imported SIMENS PLC and touch screen,with reliably performance which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen. |
